Aathi Sivagnanam is a natural educator, a tech leader, and a changemaker in learning. With two master’s degrees—in Computer Science and Management—she seamlessly bridges education, technology, and leadership.
Her journey began as a kindergarten teacher, nurturing young minds before advancing to teach ICT for Grades 11 and 12. She then transitioned into IT, working with global corporations in Tokyo, before her deep passion for education called her back. Determined to explore diverse learning landscapes, she traveled to Singapore and Malaysia, studied global education models, and immersed herself in grassroots education in the Nilgiris Hills' remote tribal communities. She spearheaded a massive book drive, transforming a government school library and broadening access to learning. She has also actively engaged in international educational projects like X-Culture.
A strong advocate for women’s education, she believes that true development is impossible without empowering half the population. To give back to the women’s college that shaped her, she led confidence-building programs and continues to drive entrepreneurial development, networking, and community learning initiatives.
Most recently, she became an EdTech enabler, integrating technology into education at a test-prep startup. Taking her mission further, she co-founded Delta E. (meaning ‘Tiny Change, Exponential Leap!’), dedicated to instilling a sense of pride and ownership in learning. Delta E. aims to redefine education—making it engaging, meaningful, and deeply personal, helping learners think, question, and grow with confidence.
